The six steps in detail

  1. Get found

We build a fast site with a page for every service and every area you cover, and set up your Google Business Profile to match.

    What you see
Your site live on your domain, and your Google profile filled in with services, hours and photos.
    What you stop doing
Chasing a web person for changes. Content edits are included every month.
    • Fast website with service and service-area pages: All plans
    • Google Business Profile setup: All plans
    • Content edits: All plans
    • New service-area pages: Book and Grow
  2. Capture

Calls, texts, web forms and chat all land in one inbox.

    What you see
One app on your phone with every conversation, however it came in.
    What you stop doing
Checking voicemail, email and three apps to find out who called.
    • Every call, form and chat in one inbox: All plans
  3. Respond in under a minute

Miss a call and the caller gets a text in under a minute. Forms get an instant reply. An AI assistant answers chat and after-hours texts and asks your qualifying questions.

    What you see
A text with the lead’s name and job type.
    What you stop doing
Calling strangers back at 9 PM hoping they haven’t hired someone else.
    • Missed-call text-back: All plans
    • Instant reply to every form: All plans
    • AI chat that answers and qualifies leads: Book and Grow
  4. Book

Qualified leads pick a time on your calendar, or the job goes straight into your field-service software.

    What you see
New jobs on your calendar with the address, job type and notes.
    What you stop doing
Playing phone tag to set an appointment.
    • Booking straight onto your calendar: Book and Grow
    • Jobs sent into your field-service software: Grow
  5. Follow up

Estimates that haven’t been accepted get follow-up texts and emails on a schedule. Past customers get a reminder when it’s time for service again.

    What you see
Replies from customers who were going quiet.
    What you stop doing
Keeping a list of estimates to chase.
    • Estimate follow-up: Book and Grow
    • Past-customer reactivation: Grow
  6. Prove it

After each job the customer gets a review request with a direct link to your Google profile. Every month you get a results report.

    What you see
New reviews coming in, and a monthly report: leads in, response time, jobs booked.
    What you stop doing
Asking for reviews in person, or forgetting to.
    • Review request after every job: Book and Grow
    • Monthly results report: All plans

Business texting needs carrier registration

Phone carriers require every business that sends texts to register first. Approval takes 1–4 weeks, and the carriers set the pace, not us. We file it as soon as your intake is in. Until it clears, email and web chat work, and calls still land in your inbox. Missed-call text-back and text follow-up switch on the day it’s approved.

Intake checklist

What you’ll need on day 1

Have these ready and the build starts on time.

Your business

  • Legal business name, address and EIN (the phone carriers need these to register your business texting)
  • Business hours, and what counts as an emergency after hours

Services and areas

  • Every service you offer, and the jobs you don’t take
  • The towns, cities or counties you cover
  • Minimum job size, if you have one

Brand

  • Your logo
  • Photos of your work, crew or trucks, if you have them
  • License and insurance numbers, if you show them

Access

  • Login for your domain (or we register one in your name)
  • Access to your Google Business Profile
  • Your current business phone number and carrier
  • Your calendar, or your field-service software login

How you qualify and book

  • The questions you ask every new lead
  • Which jobs can be booked straight onto the calendar, and how long they take

Your numbers

What a missed call is worth to you

Three numbers from your business. The math is shown under the result.

Missed-call estimate

Use your own numbers. Nothing is filled in for you.

Your estimate

Enter all three numbers to see your estimate.

How it’s worked out: missed calls per week × 4.33 weeks in a month × the % you’d book = jobs per month. Jobs per month × average job value = revenue per month. It’s an estimate from your numbers, not a measurement.

See where your leads leak first.

The audit is free. We test your calls, forms and reviews, and send you what we find.
