These terms apply to text messages Lunovai sends you. Lunovai is a brand of Lunova Creative LLC.
The program

What you’ll get: Text messages about the Revenue Leak Audit you requested. That includes scheduling, questions about your business that we need to complete the audit, and a note when your results are ready.
We don’t use this program to send promotional or marketing texts.
How you sign up
You opt in by checking this box on the Revenue Leak Audit form:
“I agree to receive text messages from Lunovai about my audit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Checking the box is optional. You don’t have to agree to receive texts to request an audit or to buy anything from us. If you leave it unchecked, we’ll reach you by email or phone instead.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. How many texts you get depends on your audit and how you reply.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Lunovai does not charge for these messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You’ll get one text confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then we won’t text you again unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information
We do not share your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us send the messages, and only for that purpose.
